Redpagos is owned by Prosegur Cash Management, who acquired the money transfer network in 2021.
They lead the Uruguayan market for their sector, with a wide presence throughout the country. A high level of commitment and quality customer service is what they aim for.

Midinero is Redpagos' own debit card, allowing users to make purchases and withdraw cash, only limited by how much money has been transferred to it.

The goal here was to provide tech support for the Midinero webapp. We started out by studying the already existing system, and analyzing how the new features could be implemented. This way, at first we added two-factor authentication to make the app more secure when transferring money to a different bank account.
We also gave users the possibility of seeing their transaction details and account balance. Furthermore, our design team suggested improvements to the User Interface and Experience.
Last, but not least, we provided Redpagos with all the relevant documentation.
