The Company
Fapasa is the Paraguay branch of a a leading multinational pharmaceutical company present thoughout Latin America. The company develops, produces and sells innovative high-standard products that help improve the quality of life of their patients.
They're constantly looking for ways to continue developing and improving so they can have an impact on the communities where they're present.
The Project
We developed and setup a chatbot for Fapasa's online platorms, aiming to improve the user experience.
This chatbot answered frequent questions with custom replies, optimizing waiting times. It could also be linked to whatever Whatsapp account the company chose.
