Mi redpagos is a company that is part of the Prosegur Cash Management group, a multinational company that acquired its payment network in the first half of 2021. Redpagos is a leading company in the field of payments and collections with an extensive network of locations throughout Uruguay. Additionally, it is committed to providing quality service and attention to its customers.

Midinero is the prepaid card of Redpagos, which allows for purchases at commercial establishments and cash withdrawals, with the only difference being that the spending limit of the card is determined by the amount of money you have loaded onto it.

The objective of this project was to provide support for the Midinero application. It began by studying the existing system of the company and how new functionalities could be implemented. In this way, the first step was to add two-factor authentication to ensure maximum security when making transfers to another bank account.

The possibility of providing users with the details of their transactions and the available balance on their card was implemented. Additionally, our design team made proposals for visual and usability improvements.

Finally, the corresponding technical documentation for the entire project was generated.
