For this project, the development of a chatbot for Fapasa's web platforms was carried out with the aim of improving the user experience. The chatbot's function was to answer frequently asked questions from patients with tailored messages, thus optimizing their waiting time. Additionally, it could be integrated with the institution's designated WhatsApp.
