The Company
Redpagos is owned by Prosegur Cash Management, who acquired the money transfer network in 2021.
They lead the Uruguayan market for their sector, with a wide presence throughout the country. A high level of commitment and quality customer service is what they aim for.
The Project
The goal with this project was to create a fidelization campaign based on raffles.
Registering earned users a ticket for these raffles, and they could earn further tickets by mentioning their ID while making an in-person transaction at Redpagos or using the Miredpagos app for any transaction. Paying with Redpagos' Midinero virtual card earned double rewards.
